Hi All,

I'm Thrade, and this will be my corner of the world for writing about The Settlers Online. I intend on mapping out placements, and working out numbers so that you don't have to.

Some general how things will generally work:
> I don't intend on doing Adventure guides. There's already a wealth of good ones already out there, and I don't really think I could add anything more to those already there.

> If you'd like, you can post links to layouts you've done yourself for others to look at. Use something like imgur.com to upload them. I may turn some of your layouts into posts, and will credit you if that happens. Of course, if I don't do this, it doesn't mean I hate you/your layout.

> I'm generally okay with the idea of people making comments and linking to other sites. However, make sure what your linking to is relevant to the post in question, and, make sure you type something about where the link goes. If you just post a link without anything supporting it, I'll probably delete it. If your link is also hidden behind some kind of URL shortener, it will probably also be deleted. If we can't see where it goes, there's no reason to trust it. This isn't twitter, you aren't that limited on space.
And lastly on links, if you go to some link that someone posts, and it turns out to lead to the worst virus ever, that's not my fault. I'll certainly delete anything I notice to be suspicious, but at the end of the day you should run a good up to date antivirus and look after your own machine.
